Project: New Home, Solitude Road
While on a mission trip to build a house in Mexico, I observed Jesse in action. He was both excellent in building and of great character. At that time I suggested that one day I may ask him to build my house. 2 years later he built it!
I discovered along the way that there were many problems to solve. However, the problems were presented along with solutions. With their knowledge and experience and advice, Crimson were able make my decisions easier. In many cases, the problems simply were not mine. I was informed of a road block, but also that it was resolved.
We had never built a house, many of my expectations were not entirely realistic. The overall experience of building with Crimson was better than I thought. Contracting Crimson Projects was a great decision. Talking with another builder verified my confidence.
Working with Jesse was a pleasure. The communication was often and meaningful. Jesse showed a lot of patience with many of my general concerns and anxieties about building a house. These concerns and anxieties were born from me not having gone through the process before. However, Crimson had gone through the process many times, and had already seen and solved the ‘issues’. Based on their experience, they simply did not get concerned over the things that I did, and in fact were able to alleviate my concerns.
Our build is of great quality, it is what we asked for and I felt we were treated with honesty throughout. As for the other matters, I did not need to worry or take action as they were all taken care of by Crimson Projects.

Project: Cluculz Lake, New Home – Design and Build
After some 10 years of saying “next year, we will start to build our dream home,” we decided to bite the bullet and 2017 was the year we decided to build our forever home. We were convinced that going with a pre-fab home and taking on the project ourselves was the way to go, boy, we soon found out we were in over our heads. With recent regulation changes requiring owner-builders to write an exam on the building code and pricing out the sub trades it wasn’t beneficial to do this massive project ourselves.
We were referred to Crimson Projects through a family member, and were pleasantly surprized that a custom built home through Crimson Projects wasn’t much more expensive than the pre-fab option we first inquired about. The benefits of going with a custom build made the decision easy. The ability to fully design our own home, putting the responsibility on to the builder with regards to permits, inspections, and timelines was so nice, it was a true hassle-free experience.
Crimson was very fair and upfront with us to stay on budget and we were very happy that they were receptive to any minor changes we had during construction. We found the Crimson team to be very punctual, professional, accommodating, and affordable. Communication between us and then builder was very good, we never felt like we were just another client and we felt Crimson always had our interests up front. We were very impressed with the quality and standard of the build, so much in fact that the builders’ standard exceeded our own and we found there were no short cuts made to compromise the quality of our dream home.
We highly recommend Crimson Projects, our only regrets were not deciding to use them sooner.

To whom it may Concern:
We are writing this letter of recommendation for Crimson Projects Inc as an exceptional builder of custom homes.
During our search for a home builder we interviewed several candidates and received formal pricing from three builders before moving forward with our new home build. Jessie Bennett with Crimson Projects proved to be a perfect fit for our family and our new home project.
Over the course of the 8 1⁄2 month build of our fully custom 3800sqft plus attached triple garage home we found Crimson Projects very fair and incredibly easy to deal with. During the project we requested several changes and updates including fully finishing the basement, redesign of the kitchen and master bath, exterior finish upgrades and many other detail changes. The pricing on extra work was presented quickly and clearly and we were very impressed with the affordability of the changes.
One item that really stands out to us; when we began the process with Crimson Contracting they cautioned us to allow for 12 months to build our home although Jessie predicted that the project would be completed within 8 to 9 months. Even after fairly
major changes requested late in the build process such as finishing the entire basement the project was still completed with the initial estimated time!
We can enthusiastically and without reservation recommend Crimson Projects as a General Contractor and Custom Home Builder. The service before, during and after the build has been exceptional. The final finishing touches on our home are beautiful and Jessie Bennett had many great ideas and helpful tips on all aspects of constructing our home.
Sincerely Ray and Jesse Ziemer
